IowaCASA sets service standards for more than 22 sexual assault programs across the state of Iowa. If you are dissatisfied with the services or operations of one of these programs, you can submit a complaint using the links below. Any questions about our complaint policy or process, email membership@iowacasa.org.
Complaints Against IowaCASA
If you have a complaint regarding services received from IowaCASA, please submit them to the Executive Director Beth Barnhill (director@iowacasa.org) and/or the Board Chair Michael Shaw (jwjshaw1@yahoo.com).
